"Mountainlake Camp" is a new, year-round camp in spectacular, secluded Loon Lake, New York. Two bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms Fully equipped modern kitchen. Great room with extra sofa bed; pellet burning fireplace; spiral staircase to second floor. Screened-in deck. 15 miles to Saranac Lake; walk to the oldest golf course in the Adirondacks. Minutes from downhill and crosscountry skiing; hiking and mountain biking. Water access - canoe included. Rental Periods are from 3:00pm Saturday until Check-out at 11:00am the following Saturday. It is expected that the property will be left as found. Weekly stay may be extended to Sunday 11:00am by pre-arrangement if the Camp is not booked for the following week. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required with your reservation. A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required with the balance of the rental due no later than 30 days prior to arrival: refund of rental deposit may be granted by request in writing up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Any extraordinary post-rental cleaning or maintenance costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
